High-performance wear-resistant and anti-corrosion ceramic ball valve is the latest high-tech products developed by YouFuMi, its ball and seat using high-performance structural ceramic materials, valve body and valve bore fully lined with high-performance structural ceramics, its chemical stability and hardness is extremely high (Rockwell hardness HRC88, second only to Diamond), with extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, suitable for high hardness granular media, or soft particles but corrosive media, especially for high wear, strong erosion and corrosion of the harsh working conditions, is a titanium alloy valve, 2~4 times that of Monel valves. At present, it has been widely used in waste incineration system, flue gas desulfurization system, limestone slurry supply system, process water and flushing and other fields.

 

Product Feature

 

1. The Ball and Valve Seat are made of high-performance structural ceramics, which are processed by imported high-precision CNC processing equipment technology. The Ball has high roundness, and after being studied against the valve seat, the self-lubricating property of structural ceramics is used, the opening and closing torque is small, and it has excellent sealing performance and can achieve zero leakage.

2. The ceramic valve seat is equipped with an elastic compensation structure, so the valve has good sealing performance at different pressures and different temp., and the Ball is not easy to jam when there are impurities in the medium.


3. The flow channel and the middle body are fully lined with structural ceramics, which can effectively avoid the erosion of high flow rate and high solid content on the flow channel and valve body, especially for the adjustment conditions, the medium directly erodes the valve body laterally, and the ceramic lining of the middle body can effectively avoid erosion and maximize the service life of the valve.

4. The ceramic sphere can be designed as a "V-shaped" port at different angles according to the needs of the internal flow channel, so as to achieve different flow adjustment curves, and at the same time form a shear effect with the valve seat, which can cut off and shred fiber materials or high hardness particles, prevent material accumulation and blockage, and ensure that the medium is not hindered in the flow channel.


5. The stem is selected according to the working conditions and corrosivity of the medium, including 316L, 17-4PH, Hastelloy, Monel, structural ceramics and other materials to meet the needs of various harsh working conditions.
