●The internal spool assembly of the ceramic ball valve is made of toughened alumina or zirconia ceramic, which has extremely high chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC88), second only to diamond, and has extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, and good thermal insulation, small thermal expansion coefficient, high hardness and high electrical and thermal insulation, and its performance is better than other materials. It is widely used in harsh working conditions where it is difficult to use metal or other materials, such as chemical equipment, waste incineration equipment, flue gas desulfurization equipment, etc., covering electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, sewage treatment and other industrial fields.
●The ball is manufactured by advanced grinding equipment and technology, with high roundness accuracy and good surface quality, and after grinding with the valve seat, it has excellent sealing performance by using the self-lubrication of ZrO2 structural ceramics. It completely changes the shortcomings of metal hard seal ball valve that is easy to leak, large torque, and the sealing surface is not corrosion-resistant.

●This valve is suitable for opening and closing on the medium with high hardness, or the medium with soft particles but corrosive. Nominal pressure PN10~PN40, suitable temperature ≤ 200°C. It can be manufactured according to GB, JIS, API and other standard data.
