Website●High operating temperature. Under the condition of strong corrosive media, it can meet the operating temperature range of -29°C~200°C, and in this temperature range (except for molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine and aromatic hydrocarbons), all chemical media can be satisfied.
●Vacuum-resistant. In the range of -29°C~150°C, it can be used under vacuum conditions, and in chemical production, it is often caused by cooling, longitudinal discharge, and non-synchronous operation of pump and valve to produce a vacuum state due to local media backflow.
●High pressure resistance. It can withstand a pressure of up to 3.0MPa in the temperature range.
●Impermeability. The high-quality imported PTFE resin is selected, and the PTFE lining layer with high density and sufficient thickness is processed through advanced lining technology, so that the product has superior permeation resistance.
●The integral PTFE molded sintering process lining solves the problem of cold and hot expansion of steel and fluorine, and makes it achieve synchronous expansion and contraction.
●Standardized size configuration is adopted, especially the pipes and pipe fittings used in chemical pipelines have strong interchangeability, which provides great convenience for installation and spare parts. The main product categories are straight pipes, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, Y-shaped tees, instrument tees, adjusting rings, multi-communication and other dozens of types and more than 1,000 specifications. The product design conforms to HG, GB, DIN, ANSI, JIS and other domestic and foreign standards.
Specific gravity: 2.14-2.19g/cm3 according to ASTM D 792 test standard.
STRETCH: 20.7MPA MIN ACCORDING TO ASTM D 638 TEST STANDARD.
Elongation: 250% min according to ASTM D 638 testing standard.
Production standard: ASTM D 4895 The reference PTFE material meets the above minimum standards to meet the working conditions of the medium: full vacuum within 150 °C for normal use.
