This valve is composed of valve body, rubber pipe gauge, large and small valve stems, pressure plate, pull rod, bracket, handwheel, electric head and other parts.

operational principle

When the electric actuator rotates the handwheel clockwise, both the large and small valve stems rotate simultaneously to drive the upper and lower pressure plates to compress the rubber pipe sleeve and close it, otherwise it will open.

In this way, the pressure plate moves up and down between the pull rods to complete the valve opening and closing work.

Installation and maintenance:

① This valve can be installed freely on the pipeline without any restriction on the flow direction of the medium.

② The maintenance cost of this valve is low, and only the rubber pipe sleeve needs to be replaced according to actual usage.
