American standard gate valves are widely used as opening and closing devices for connecting or cutting off media in oil and steam pipelines in petrochemical and thermal power plants.

1. The product design and manufacturing comply with the requirements of American National Standard ANSI B16.34, American Petroleum Institute Standard AP16D, and API600.

2. Compact structure, small volume, good rigidity, and safe and reliable sealing.

3. The closing element (gate) adopts an elastic structure, which can automatically compensate for valve body deformation caused by abnormal load or temperature during operation. Therefore, the seal is reliable and will not produce gate wedge columns.

4. For manual valves with nominal Size greater than or equal to NPS1011, Pressure class of 400 pounds and nominal Size greater than or equal to NPSS611, Pressure class of 150~2500 pounds, their operating devices are equipped with rolling bearings for easy opening and closing.

5. The materials of the main body, internal components, fillers, gaskets, and fasteners can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.

6. The valve seat can be a tilting valve seat, which can be combined arbitrarily and matched with the Material of the closing sealing surface to meet the working condition requirements and extend the service life.
