  1. Strong low-temperature resistance to brittle fracture, key components such as valve body and gate plate are made of low-temperature tough materials, which undergo cryogenic treatment (-196 ℃ freezing aging) to eliminate internal stress and avoid brittle fracture at low temperatures, in accordance with GB/T 24925 or API 600 low-temperature valve standards.
  2. The sealing is reliable and leak proof. The valve seat adopts an "elastic compensation" structure to counteract material shrinkage at low temperatures. The flange sealing surface is matched with a low-temperature special gasket (metal winding gasket+flexible graphite), and the leakage rate can be controlled within ≤ 1 × 10 ⁻⁶ Pa · m ³/s, meeting the safety requirements of volatile media such as LNG.
  3. Flexible and unobstructed operation, low-temperature lubricating grease (-196 ℃ non solidifying) is used to connect the valve stem and gate, and low-temperature wear-resistant materials (such as PTFE filling) are selected for the guide sleeve to prevent component jamming at low temperatures, ensuring smooth opening and closing and stable operating torque.

The safety design is comprehensive, and the valve body is equipped with a low temperature discharge port, which can discharge the residual low temperature medium in the valve cavity to prevent the Pressure from rising abruptly when thawing; Some models have anti-static and fire-resistant structures, suitable for flammable and explosive low-temperature scenarios such as LNG receiving stations, air separation equipment, and low-temperature storage tanks.
