Structural characteristics and use

Y43 type pilot operated piston steam pressure reducing valve consists of two parts: main valve and pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disk, piston, cylinder liner, spring and other parts, and the pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, valve flap, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts. The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the pressure of the regulating spring, and the diaphragm is used to sense the change of the outlet pressure, and the piston is driven to adjust the size of the overflow area of the throttling part of the main valve through the opening and closing of the pilot valve, so as to realize the function of pressure reduction and stabilization. The main products are mainly used in steam pipelines to reduce and stabilize pressure.
