The valve adopts double eccentric structure, utilizing the wedging effect of eccentric wheel to realize the closing and opening of sealing vice, so as to realize reliable sealing pressure and fast opening. Its excellent features are as follows:

1、Because of the eccentric structure, all the points on the sealing sphere have different rotational radii, and when closing, the sealing seat gets tighter and tighter, forming enough sealing specific pressure, and the bi-directional sealing effect is excellent.

2、The valve flap adopts full-circle straight-through type, and after opening, it is full flow structure, which has good flowability and linear adjustment performance.

3、After wear and tear during long-term use, a new seal can be obtained by adjusting the sealing ring pressure sleeve and moving the sealing spherical surface forward by the same amount.

4, the valve in use, the operating force only acts in the valve open or close a very small angle, open the operating force with the reduction of the sealing pressure and the rapid reduction of the sealing surface tends to be no wear and tear.

5、Circular flow path, after the valve is fully open for the full flow cross-section, the bottom of the circular flow structure, sediment debris will be taken away with the media flow. In the closing process, can remove the dirt deposited on the sealing surface, without affecting the seal.

6, the valve shaft adopts upper and lower half-axis design, equipped with self-lubricating sleeve, in the process of opening the valve, friction resistance is small, flexible opening and closing, unique “0” ring, floating shaft seal instead of the original butterfly valve packing seal, to solve the packing seal in the process of opening the valve is prone to wear and tear of the problem.
