Floating ball valve adopts elastic seal ring structure design. The traditional packing gland is improved to a two-body structure design of packing pressure plate and packing pressure sleeve, the packing pressure sleeve and the packing pressure plate adopts spherical contact to ensure that the packing pressure sleeve is always vertical, and PTFE bushings are set inside the packing pressure sleeve to avoid the abrasion and wear of the stem and the packing pressure sleeve, and to reduce the operating torque of the valve.
According to the user's needs, a disc spring-loaded packing compression mechanism can be used to make the sealing of the stem packing more reliable.
