The product has the following structural features:
1.The four-open loop structure is designed to absorb the outward push along the stem direction due to internal pressure.
2.For Carbon and Alloy Steel Valves, a Stainless Steel cladding ensures effectiveness and corrosion resistance in the body sealing area.
3.Soft Steel Gaskets and SS304+Graphite Gasket with large sealing surfaces have excellent sealing properties.
4.The valve stem has a conical upper sealing surface, it is close to the sealing surface on the valve cover when the valve is fully opened, to prevent the valve stem from being blown out.
5.The Flexible Wedge compensates for distortion of the seat seal surface and body deformation due to pipe stress, thereby increasing the sealing effect.
6.The standard material of the Seat Sealing Surface is STL 6.
