01 3 piece construction design.

Forged 3 piece body construction design, which can ensure the safety and reliability of the valve under special working conditions such as high temp. and high pressure.

02. Ball, Seat Sealing Harden Treatment

HVOF supersonic spraying hard alloy is applied to the valve ball surface and valve seat sealing surface to ensure high hardness, wear resistance and zero leakage.

03. Double Sealing Construction Design

The hard sealing floating valve seat at the upper and lower flow sides of the valve adopts a double sealing structure design. Even if one side of the valve seat fails to seal due to unexpected circumstances, the valve can still work normally, thus improving the sealing reliability of the valve.

04. Anti Blow out Stem, Anti static, Fire Safe

The valve stem is designed with an anti blow shoulder structure, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized.

The electrostatic grounding channel specially designed for anti-static can prevent fire or explosion hazards that may be caused by electrostatic sparks. In case of fire, the valve can effectively control the internal and external leakage of the valve in emergency state with the help of metal to metal auxiliary sealing structure and firesafe flexible graphite sealing structure.

05. Body Cavity Pressure Relief, Double Block and Bleed

When the liquid medium trapped in the valve cavity vaporizes due to temperature rise, resulting in abnormal pressure rise in the cavity and its pressure is greater than the pipeline medium pressure, the medium pressure in the body cavity can push the valve seat and automatically relieve pressure.

The valve seats at the upper and lower flow sides can independently cut off the medium at the inlet and outlet ends, realizing the double blocking function. The remaining medium in the body cavity can be discharged through the relief valve at the bottom.
