YouFuMi Pipe and Valve Group has successfully developed a pneumatic ceramic double disc gate valve,it is improved on the basis of single disc gate valve, stretch-out double gate sealing structure, double sealing when the valve is closed, which enhanced its sealing performance.

Working Principal

1. When the air source enters from the upper air intake, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move downward and the valve closes. When the air source enters from the lower air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move upwards and the valve opens.

2.The spring is loaded between the disc and seat, and the spring  force always makes the valve plate press to the valve seat to ensure the tightness of the valve, and allows the valve plate to move in the vertical up and down direction, which helps to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the valve parts, and can overcome the influence of any back pressure change on the seal and prevent the particle medium from entering the two sealing surfaces.  

3. In the process of opening and closing, the valve disc rotate itself, to result in grinding and polishing on its sealing surface, and because the valve body is eccentric to the channel, when opening and discharging materials, vortex will occur, and the material vortex formed will clean the valve cavity by itself. All these features make this valve have a long service life and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.

1. This valve is double disc valve, sealing produced in any direction when closed.

2. The valve body adopts precision steel castings, the sealing packing adopts wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluororubber sealing components, the sealing surface between the disc and seat adopts wear-resistant cemented carbide material or wear-resistant toughened structural ceramics, the surface is smooth, and the hardness can reach 60~70HRC, which solves the problem that the sealing surface is easy to be washed out by the material and the life is not high, and the service life is 5-10 times longer than that of ordinary material valves, bringing users ideal use effects and economic benefits.

3. When the double disc is running up and down, it can cut and scrape off the attached materials accumulated in the valve cavity, so that the inside of the valve body is smooth, and the medium flows smoothly without obstruction, which greatly improves the safety and stability of equipment operation.
