Vacuum Negative Pressure Safety Valve produced by YouFuMi Pipe & Valve Co., Ltd.
The vacuum negative pressure safety valve is applicable to the negative pressure system at the temp.≤ 180 ℃. When the negative pressure in the vessel or pipeline system does not exceed the allowable value, the pressure acting on the valve disc and the upward tension of the spring make the valve disc close to the valve seat to ensure that the medium in the system won’t leak; When the negative pressure in the system does not exceed the allowable value, the negative pressure safety valve will produce a downward force on the valve disc due to the large area of the valve disc, so that the safety valve will automatically open and inhale air; When the negative pressure in the vessel or pipeline system reaches the allowable value, the vacuum negative pressure safety valve will automatically close under the force of the spring and the upward force generated by the medium acting on the valve disc, so as to protect the equipment and pipeline system.
This product can be installed in the normal non negative pressure system, or in the equipment and pipeline system where the negative pressure value is higher than the opening negative pressure value of the vacuum negative pressure safety valve. When the discharge valve of the container and system is not opened and negative pressure is generated, the vacuum negative pressure safety valve will automatically open to ensure that the equipment is not damaged.
The vacuum negative pressure safety valve can solve the negative pressure in the system due to various reasons in use, make sure that it is under a required qualified value, and ensure the safety of the system.
